All of the processes from the precision forging, grinding, polishing, and hand honing are done in their factory. The steel used in these scissors is a premium Japanese steel made by Hitachi Metals, this steel is produced in a similar way to the famous Tamahagane used in the Japanese sword by smelting iron sand. The hand finished edge on these scissors gives them an action unlike anything most stylists have ever experienced.
